sustainable,
effective
and strong
Doing what’s needed. That is always our starting point. We begin by mapping out what’s required. Then we develop a plan – and execute it together.

Leadership that sets direction
Our leadership training is valuable for managers and leadership teams who want to grow in effectiveness and collaboration. You’ll work on self-awareness, clear communication, building a strong team, and using different styles of decision-making. We focus on your role as a leader and on balancing people- and results-orientation. Practical, in-depth, and immediately applicable to daily practice.

Sales with courage and confidence
Our sales training goes beyond techniques. You’ll discover when to trust your intuition – and when not to. We explore how you interact with different customer types, and how you lead the conversation: focused and with genuine attention. You’ll learn to build trust, stay grounded with demanding clients, and apply clear frameworks that boost both your confidence and persuasive power.
Teams that truly collaborate
Effective teams not only perform better – they also enjoy working together more. They make fewer mistakes, find each other faster, and retain people longer. We use proven team models that provide insight into behaviour and collaboration, as well as practical exercises that strengthen team bonds. Together, we help teams become difference-makers.
What clients say

Based on a previous experience I had at another company—where Frank had been providing training and coaching for quite some time—I asked Frank to support us at InnQ in becoming the best all-round technical service provider in the Flevoland region and surrounding areas. After several in-depth conversations and a thorough understanding of our business, Frank worked with us to define our objectives and guiding principles and tailored a multi-year training and coaching program accordingly. This program combined group training, individual coaching, and interventions for both the core team and leadership, resulting in strengthened behaviour and skills in leadership, collaboration, ownership, mutual trust, enjoyment, and communication. As a result, we were able to make swift progress. Frank is goal-oriented, respectful, friendly—and occasionally a pain in the ass—but he truly gets you moving.

Robert Bicknese was recommended to me by a friend who knew I was looking for a sales training for my team on soft skills and increasing awareness in the sales process. Robert quickly understood my need and the challenges of the team and me. In close collaboration we set up a training and development plan tailored to the specific need of the team. The group training and individual training and coaching increased personal insight and made the team more effective. The tools given in the training I use in my daily business. Robert is great in building trust and thereby is able to connect and increase self awareness of individuals.

Training
Our training courses are interactive, practical, and closely aligned with participants’ day-to-day reality. We focus on visible and effective behaviour through relatable situations, hands-on exercises, and direct application in the workplace. This gives participants not only insight, but also the confidence and skills to apply new behaviour. Organisations notice the impact through improved collaboration, increased ownership, and tangible results.

Coaching
Coaching accelerates development – either as a standalone programme or alongside training. In a safe one-to-one setting, we work purposefully on behaviour, reflection, and personal learning goals. This leads to greater self-awareness, stronger decision-making, and visible impact: improved leadership, better customer relationships, and lasting behavioural change that supports organisational goals.

Team Development
Our team development programmes focus on building trust, communication, ownership, and shared responsibility. In powerful sessions, we make behaviour discussable, strengthen mutual understanding, and create space for open dialogue and feedback. Teams get to know each other better, make better use of each other’s strengths, and hold each other accountable for agreements and behaviour.
This leads to more effective collaboration, faster decision-making, and a greater sense of ownership within the team. The result: better performance, fewer issues, and more enjoyment at work for everyone.

Coaching-Based Training
This is not training to learn how to coach – but a development programme delivered in a coaching format. One-to-one, exactly when it’s needed. Participants bring in real, current work situations and work on the skills, behaviours or choices that matter now.
No standard programme, but tailored support that aligns with their everyday context. The outcomes are comparable to those of traditional training, but the impact is often greater – thanks to the intensity, direct applicability, and full focus on what is needed at that moment.

Talent Analysis
To create a deep understanding of someone’s talents, we use the TMA method. This provides a positive and in-depth view of what motivates someone, where their natural strengths lie, and which development paths are available.
The result is not a label, but a rich profile that gives direction to personal growth and enhances team collaboration. The analysis is a powerful starting point for development planning, career questions, team optimisation or selection. It enables growth from strength – with lasting effect in practice.

Personality Tools
We work with a broad range of tools such as TMA, MBTI, PersonalColor and PAPI3. The tool we choose depends on the question and context – always with the aim of deepening insight and accelerating development.
The right tool makes a difference: it helps participants better understand themselves, communicate more effectively, and make more conscious choices in behaviour and collaboration. We use tools as a means, not an end – and in doing so, they contribute to sustainable personal and professional growth.
