Frank Schilders and Robert Bicknese are the driving forces behind Hitended. With passion and dedication, we share our experience and work with our team to foster development and growth. With a strong focus on quality and collaboration, we support each other and organisations in making lasting improvements.

Connecting
At Hitended, our trainings are all about growing together. By understanding yourself and others better, you build stronger connections – and move forward together.
Skilled
For us, being skilled means having a solid theoretical foundation, combined with empathy and practical methods that lead to fresh insights and lasting development.
Ambitious
Our trainers aim to inspire action, come well-prepared, and challenge you to grow. We expect participants to show the courage to look in the mirror and embrace new behaviours.
Engaged and hands-on trainers
Our trainers are passionate, approachable, and always connected with the group. They bring energy, interaction, and a practical approach. No theory for theory’s sake – always directly applicable and tailored to what matters. We get participants moving – literally and figuratively.

Before becoming a trainer, I worked as a sales and account manager. With a background in law and an MBA, I combine strategic insight with hands-on experience. I’m married with three children. My passions? Football, running, singing, and reading.
Robert Bicknese
Trainer & Coach
I come from the leisure industry and was a sports teacher. As a former top athlete, I’m energetic and action oriented. I thrive on challenge, especially in sports like golf and padel. I’m happily partnered with Cil, and together we lovingly care for our two foster children.

Trainer & CoachWhat Robert believes in
People grow when they receive the right attention at the right moment – something I’ve witnessed for over twenty years. In my training sessions, I support (sales) professionals and managers in improving their communication, collaboration and leadership. One account manager, for example, held back from asking deeper questions, afraid of coming across as too pushy. By exploring that belief and practising new behaviour, she learned how to dig deeper without damaging the relationship.
That’s what drives me: creating movement where people feel stuck – with clarity, compassion and a focus on lasting change.
What Frank believes in
My mission as a trainer and coach for over 20 years has been to inspire people to take action, offer new insights, help them use their talents, and bring out the best in themselves and others. Both now and in the future, in the areas of leadership, sales, team, and personal development. I deeply believe that people are capable of more than they often think. This belief was reinforced when a manager assumed his team couldn’t grow any further. By reflecting together on his own style and the team’s potential, he suddenly saw what was possible.
I want people to truly feel that they have the power to influence their own development and results.
